Bright Hill Press Community Library

Franklin Free Library has extended its services by creating a partnership with Bright Hill Press in Treadwell, NY. Their community library is now a branch of the Franklin Free Library. This enables  them to be part of the Four County Library System and all our services are accessible through them. We hope this partnership will be a great asset to our neighbors in Treadwell!
