READ TO VICTORY, A THERAPY DOG

We are very excited about our new therapy dog program.  Children ages 5-11 (or K-5) can come to the library and read to a certified therapy dog.  This is a great way to get children excited about reading. Our first session will be on Saturday, January 12, at 10:00 AM at the Franklin Free Library.  We hope to make these sessions available on a monthly basis.

  • Children can bring their own book to read to Victory or use one of our books.  Registration is strongly advised as each child will be given a 10 minute slot.
  • To register:
  • Call 607-829-2941 (leave a mesaage with your phone number if nobody answers the phone
  • Email the library at fr.ill@4cls.org
